Mine Planner

Boliden is a high-tech metals company with its own mines and smelters that works long-term to guarantee society's access to base and precious metals. The Mine Technical Service section in Aitik includes teams specialized in Geology, Mine surveying, Mine planning, Drill and blast technology, Geotechnology, Geohydrology, and Production technology. We create conditions for efficient production in close collaboration with other sections.

Your main task is short-term planning of mine production and/or dump planning. From the three-month plan, draw up a detailed production plan including drilling, blasting, loading, transport, tonnage for crushing, milling, and maintenance activities. The short-term plan forms the basis for production management and affects all production aspects.

Optimize production to achieve the three-month plan and budget. Contribute to the development of working methods and implementation of software for short-term planning. Join the mine planning team and perform other tasks in CAD or related to mine planning.
