Work closely with Bench Assistants and MMU Operators to manage loading, tying, and firing tasks on site. Report all Unusual Incidents and Accidents immediately, participate in daily Toolbox talks and Monthly Safety Meetings. Undertake necessary training for Operations, SHEC, and site requirements.
Maintain professional relationships within Orica and with customers while ensuring raw materials and dangerous goods follow SDS requirements. Assist the client in achieving targets and maintaining production. Notify Orica site management of any variations in product specification, appearance, or performance.

Requirements
- Generally up to 2 years experience
- Role dependent technical and/or functional business system applications such as SAP, SF, Concur
- Role specific technical, legislative, SHES certification may be required
- Demonstrates courage, resilience and flexibility
- Strong reputation for integrity, ethics, personal values and solid character
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Productive without compromising quality
- Highly reliable and motivated to excel
Responsibilities
- Report all Unusual Incidents and Accidents immediately
- Participate in daily Toolbox talks and Monthly Safety Meetings
- Undertake necessary training for Operations, SHEC and site specific requirements
- Maintain all personal training against the Orica training Matrix
- Ensure all emergency equipment and First Aid kits are complete
- Assist in the management of Audit actions
- Ensure raw materials and dangerous goods are used, handled and stored according to SDS requirements
- Work closely with Bench Assistants and MMU Operators to manage loading, tying and firing
