Erithy specializes in the design and construction of sustainable subsea infrastructure globally. The company delivers consultancy services in oil and gas, high voltage cables, biogas, hydrogen, civil engineering, and project administration. Created in 2017, Erithy seeks an Operations & Maintenance Planner for a Stavanger customer from ASAP to 07.05.2027.

Optimize timing of production activities in 14-day schedules and coordinate cross-unit activities into integrated asset plans with Maintenance Coordinator. Plan daily operations, 90-day plans, and POB allocations while supporting Asset Operations Manager on 2-year and 1-year plans. Facilitate regular planning meetings and stakeholder updates for seamless communication.

Join a consultancy team of diverse profiles from Europe, South America, and the Middle East working on projects across Norway. Collaborate closely with integrated planning teams to optimize across assets and support OIM in POB prioritization. Requirements

Experience with planning of maintenance shutdowns, project management or equivalent technical planning work
Good knowledge of SIMOPS and coordination of complex operations
Structured, analytical and solution-oriented with strong execution ability
Ability to handle parallel processes and deliver under time pressure
Good collaboration skills and ability to communicate effectively across disciplines and organisations
Good knowledge of Safran Projects, SAP and relevant planning tools
Operations experience is an advantage

Responsibilities

Optimise timing of production activities in 14-day schedule
Coordinate activities across units and departments into integrated asset plan including close collaboration with Maintenance Coordinator
Plan daily operations activities in 14-day plan
Plan 90-day plan and facilitate POB allocation
Support Asset Operations Manager with 2-year plan/operational main plan and 1-year plan
Support OIM in POB prioritisation for ongoing plan
Facilitate communication and adaptation through regular planning meetings and stakeholder updates
Collaborate closely with integrated planning to support optimisation across assets
