About this role
Entergy powers the future, evolving from sawdust to atomic energy, sunlight, and natural gas. Responsible for developing work requests from 'Planning Required' to 'Ready to Schedule' in AIMM. This includes assessing safety, environmental needs, parts, scaffolding, and special support.
Develop contractor scopes of work, generate requisitions, and assist in bidding for maintenance execution. Interface with stores for materials planning and Process Owners for reliability strategies. Optimize preventive maintenance to reduce costs and improve plant performance.

Requirements
- Proficiency in AIMM maintenance management system
- Ability to assess job requirements for safety, environmental, unit status, parts, and scaffolding
- Experience developing contractor scopes of work and requisitions
- Knowledge of power plant maintenance strategies and preventive tasks
- Familiarity with fossil fuel facilities including natural gas and coal
- Skills in materials planning and stores interface
- Understanding of contract management and oversight
Responsibilities
- Assure the availability of maintenance parts
- Estimate time required to complete planned tasks using necessary resources
- Optimize staging and kitting to maximize worker efficiency and productivity
- Order all needed materials for Work Requests and plant support
- Participate in weekly schedule development meetings
- Monitor and manage the backlog of work orders with proper estimates
- Update equipment and assessment documents on work completion
- Participate in outage planning and implementation
