This Global Terminal and Supply Chain Support Representative role is based in Makati City.

Support the 1800 call center by receiving and handling customer inquiries and complaints via phone and email. Run daily reports and tank test requests, set up new accounts, and place customer orders. Maintain a positive attitude while calmly responding to concerns.

Resolve problems by clarifying complaints, working with the team to determine causes, and following up for resolution. Strongly collaborate with dispatch team, transportation management specialist, business system analyst, and retail business consultants. Ensure the best customer service experience in a global support environment.
