About this role

The Maintenance Planner carries out maintenance planning and management control activities. Prepares standard and ad-hoc reports to support the decision-making process of different areas. Plans scheduled repairs, regular and annual, in accordance with production plans and maintenance strategies.

Analyzes and controls technical specifications and requirements for maintenance contracts, ensuring compliance with user needs. Interacts and coordinates with external services to fulfill internal user requirements. Follows up scheduled maintenance activities to meet user needs.

Operates within a dynamic energy industry environment, aligning with production teams and external providers. Complies with Tenaris policies, procedures, and management standards. Ensures adherence to all applicable laws and regulations.

Manages and updates the maintenance information system, maintaining accurate records for the area. Protects facilities, equipment, and physical resources from damage, theft, or misuse. Supports efficient operations through precise planning and reporting.

Requirements

Knowledge of maintenance planning aligned with production schedules
Ability to prepare technical reports for decision support
Experience analyzing specifications for maintenance contracts
Skills in coordinating with external service providers
Proficiency in maintenance information systems
Understanding of compliance requirements for industrial maintenance
Familiarity with maintenance strategies in energy sector operations
