About this role

As an Electrical Engineer - Plant, maintain, prepare, monitor, analyze, and troubleshoot all electrical equipment including power systems, transmission lines, and feeders for industrial user customers. Ensure safe and stable operations. This role supports continuous plant production in the energy sector.

Control and reduce maintenance costs to achieve production effectiveness within specified limits. Analyze and solve machinery problems in normal situations, urgent cases, or on-call to sustain electrical system operations. Coordinate closely with the Electrical Leader for efficiency.

Set up preventive maintenance programs and prepare necessary spare parts and consumable materials. Ensure sufficient tools and spare parts are stocked to support plant availability while minimizing stores stock holding. Work in a dynamic plant environment requiring on-call availability.

Study and propose the most appropriate solutions for maintenance activities to leverage improvements. High-potential new graduates seeking challenging roles are welcome alongside experienced professionals. Gain advantage from power plant experience in this goal-oriented team.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
Minimum 3 years’ experience in electrical maintenance (high-potential new graduates welcome)
Experience in power plant an advantage
Good command of English (TOEIC score >500) and computer skills
Ability to work on-call on weekends and holidays
