About this role

Clean Harbors in Casper, WY is seeking a Field Service Supervisor to plan, lead, organize and coordinate the daily operations of the service line crew. This role ensures proper operation of equipment, driving operational efficiencies at the work site and accurate documentation completed in a timely fashion. It focuses on confined space and HAZMAT emergency response in environmental services.

Read work orders to ensure all required equipment is available and operational prior to starting jobs. Inspect equipment and general work area, correcting deficiencies that may cause accidents or harm. Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on equipment when required.

Train Technicians I and II in equipment operation and service line processes. Lead safety meetings and ensure HPC safety policies are followed. Instruct, provide feedback and direct crew to complete work per client requirements and company procedures.

Join the newest Field Service location in the region as a traveling position initially while building the book of business. Attend two-week paid Academy training out of state with expenses covered. Requirements

  • Knowledge of equipment maintenance and ability to perform maintenance utilizing supplied breathing air and applicable personal protective equipment
  • Ability to operate all necessary equipment in service line in accordance with operation training and safety procedures
  • Experience providing industrial services using handwork or manual work in accordance with established methods and applicable regulations
  • Familiarity with manually cleaning, installing, fitting, repairing valves, caps, hoses, pumps, gaskets
  • Ability to safely operate vehicles in accordance with U.S. DOT, local, state and federal requirements
  • Understanding of local, state and federal compliance regulations and rules

Responsibilities

  • Ensure Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes
  • Read work order and ensure all required equipment is available and operational prior to starting jobs
  • Inspect equipment and general work area prior to starting any job
  • Correct deficiencies that may cause accidents, injuries, lost productivity or harm to equipment
  • Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on equipment when required
  • Train Technicians I and II in equipment operation and service line processes
  • Lead safety meeting and ensure HPC safety policies are followed
  • Instruct, provide feedback and direct and assist crew in performance of job duties
